      What are the costs to move into a rental property?

      4 x the weekly rent amount for bond and 2 x weeks rent in advance, therefore 6 weeks altogether to move in.


      When and what time is the Weekly Liveweight Sale?

      Every Wednesday starting at 8:30am at Hunter Regional Livestock Exchange


      If my tenants have pets, can I ask them to pay a pet bond?

      No, unfortunately 4 weeks bond is the maximum amount.


      How often is the rent reviewed?

      Rent can be increased once in any 12-month period, providing it meets with the current market.


      When and what time is the Store Sale?

      Store Sales are conducted on the 2nd Friday of each month starting at 10:00am at Hunter Regional Livestock Exchange


      How often can the agent inspect the property?

      The agent can access the property 4 times per year for routine inspections. We can access additional times to complete maintenance.
