      In 2004, the partnership business of RJ & DM Wakefield incorporated as Wakefield Enterprises Pty Ltd, trading as Ground Masters. Building on the platform of an excellent reputation in the field of mine-site and suburban earthworks and on their base of valued business relationships, Ground Masters offered an expanded service to old and new clientele.

      We can be found throughout the state of Western Australia and wherever there is a need for expert earthmoving services. Operating out of Kalgoorlie at 6 Hopkins Street, Boulder we can mobilise the right machine and our expert operators efficiently and economically for projects of all sizes.

      The Ground Masters fleet is modern and well-maintained which limits down-time due to mechanical failure. The fleet has also been assembled by systematically standardising the brands (eg trucks - international and Isuzu, Loaders - Kawasaki, Backhoes - Volvo) ensuring the best possible operator comfort and familiarity across the fleet, with the resulting benefits in safety and ergonomics.
