I have just had an accident still at the scene what do I do?
Call your insurance company and if not drivable, inform the tow truck driver that you want the vehicle towed to us- Fyans Street Panels Pty Ltd. They will know where we are.
How do I know if I need to make a claim?
If you are unsure, bring the vehicle in and we can go over it with you and advise you.
What do I bring with me?
If you have made a claim with your Insurance Co, bring the claim number with you. On most occasions, we can organise getting the vehicle back on the road ASAP with that claim number.
Do you do insurance work?
Most certainly, we work for all insurance Companies. Some will even direct you to us.
Do I need to make an appointment?
No, come in anytime between 8.30 & 5.00 weekdays and before 11.30 am Saturdays.
How long will the quote take?
On average 5-10 Mins.
The car is unroadworthy or to damaged to drive, what do I do?
Too easy. We have our own Tow Trucks available 24 hrs. Towing Ph No. 5229 1010. Most towing is covered by insurance, call us we can advise.
Can you quote over the phone or if I send you photos?
We can only give you very limited advice and are unable to confirm a price until we sight the vehicle. Photos do help.

Took ages! nearly a month to repair my car! Every time i rang i got a different excuse to why it wasnt done! Costing me time and money. Especially when the accident was not my fault.

These guys go over and above to get your car back to you ASAP. We all know it is hard when you are not at fault and they followed up every step of the process for me. If you end up needing panel repairs - go with these guys!!!!!
