      When will my order ship?

      If you place your order before 12:00pm on a business day and stock is available, it will ship out on the same day. If you place your order after 12:00pm on a business day or during a weekend or public holiday, your order will ship out the next business day. Custom cuts and items not in stock can take 5 to 7 days to ship. If your order is urgent, please call one of our stores to check stock availability.


      How long will it take to receive my order?

      If your order is shipped locally, you should receive it within 2 working days depending on the service you selected.


      Where will my item ship from?

      Your item will usually ship from the South Melbourne office however on some occasions it will come directly from our Scoresby warehouse.
