      JCB Maintenance Industries Pty Ltd specialise in all aspects of Landscape Gardening and Grounds Maintenance on rural, commercial and school properties. Our services include but are definately not limited to rural property maintenance work such as paddock slashing, weed control, fertilising, scrub mulching, general gardening and mowing. Commercial and school property maintenance work such as general gardening, mowing, weed spraying etc. We also carry out sports field and turf renovations. This includes top dressing, aerating, fertilising, weed spraying etc. Based in Windsor NSW we have been servicing the Hawkesbury, Hills, Nepean and other surrounding districts for over 27 years.

      At JCB Maintenance Industries we specialise in all aspects of landscape gardening and general grounds maintenance. Our team of experienced landscape gardeners are suitably qualified and certified to carry out all tasks required for the upkeep of the most manicured of lawns and gardens.       In addition to our standard paddock slashing service, we also have a state-of-the-art Trimax Warlord 205 flail mower with extensive capabilities. It doesn’t just mow a well groomed sports playing field but also annihilates unwanted scrub such as lantana or privet. The Trimax Flaildeck 155 attached to an Iseki outfront mower can also access tighter areas to achieve similar results. We can also arrange to take care of heavier, overgrown brush such as box elder, sycamore, blackberry, etc.

      Regular aerating is important to keep soil and turf healthy. Our PTO driven aerator attachment has tines that can penetrate the surface by up to 170mm. This treatment helps with drainage by alleviating compaction and allows air and water into the soil to deliver important nutrients to the roots of the grass, which promotes healthy root and foliage growth. This is also an ideal time to spread a fertiliser for added nutrients such as nitrogen, potassium and phosphorus.
