      What is the difference between Perspex and Acrylic?

      Acrylic is generic and Perspex is a brand. Same the product that is offered there is no differences.


      What are your opening hours?

      Mon to Thurs 8.00am to 4.30pm. Friday 8am to 2.00pm. Closed on public holidays and Christmas holidays.


      Are you open on weekends?

      No. We are not open.


      What are your payment terms?

      Our payment terms are prepaid before any job enters the workshop. Account holders who require a 30 day invoice will need to complete an account application for pre-approval. All jobs must be paid for before dispatch unless you are an account holder.


      What type of files do you accept?

      We accept vector file for quoting. We need high resolution images work from EPS, DXF. We can view and open .gif, .jpg, .eps, .ai, .pdf.


      What's new in your business?

      We have got a laser cutting machine with great technology that is cost effective and has a fast turnaround time. It lays 4 metre sheet on the bed.


      What is your turnaround time?

      Work starts when a payment has been received. Turnaround depends on current workload. Turnaround time also depends on the scope and size of your job. Cut to Size jobs can be cut while you wait or pre-ordered and paid over the phone. Turnaround time also depends on if the material is in stock.


      Do you sell Acrylic / Perspex?
