      Anthony Parker & his team at Parker & Associates, Building Design Consultants have been around since 1990. Within his first year of becoming a Qualified Design Draftsman, Anthony designed his first house in the beautiful Sutherland Shire suburb of Woronora Heights. Since locating to Lake Macquarie over 14 years ago, many new homes, additions & various other projects have been designed & built.

      Parker & Associates have been providing design solutions for 30 years now in Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast & Sydney. Our company’s services include the design of new homes, alterations & additions, granny flats, dual occupancys, & town house developments. We are also experienced in designing commercial projects. We take extreme care in fully understanding our clients brief as to their needs in their project & we keep clients informed at every stage of the design process.

      What size Projects do you work on?

      We will do the Design & plans for you for your new back deck/Alfresco Area to your first floor addition to your New Custom Designed Home. We also do Medium Density Developments & Commercial Projects. We basically Project Manage your project from Design until you have the stamped plans from Council. We can then help you look for a Qualified Builder!


      Do You have experience with the Local Council?

      Yes We Do! Anthony Parker has been dealing with Local Councils from Newcastle to Lake Macquarie to Gosford, Wyong and all Councils in Sydney. We also have had dealing with Bathurst & Mudgee (Mid-Western) Council.
