Mr Wagner performed a laser surgery on my right hand index finger and left hand thumb to remove a wart. Two weeks after the treatment I was in the emergency room of RWBH with the tip of the index finger and the thumb fingerprint completely black. Long story short, the distal phalange of my index was amputated and can't touch anything with my thumb as the laser went too deep and only got a thin layer of skin on top of the bone. MR W initial explanation was that I tighten the band aids too much or frostbite! (yes frostbite in Brisbane!!). His explanations only qualify as a dark joke, I will say. I won't recommend to visit this guy for anything that has to do with laser and judging for the comments below it looks like he got overwhelming skills in other areas as well!.

Fawlty Towers practice. Unreturned calls, left waiting on a diagnosis, poor patient care. When I said I am here for a consult not a procedure I was told again just lie on the table. When for a second time I said I am not here for a procedure the penny dropped.
