Had my rugs in for wash and repair. Came back clean and all fixed as they always have. They also fixed washed my dogs blanket as well.

Took 6 weeks to repair rugs and did it with canvas patches on synthetic rug and stitched with normal cotton not marine grade cotton so every stitch will leak . Owners response to my complaint was to ban me from the store in a petty and spiteful attempt to make it hard for me to get horse feed. They also left 10 bales of feed outside the yard instead of stacking it in shed as promised and I got 3 different excuses from the person concerned in the same conversation. I was a loyal customer of the previous owner's for 15 yrs so clearly the problem isn't me.
