About St Albans Complete Car Care Centre Since we were established in 1986 we have been providing professional vehicle servicing & repairs, performed with honesty & integrity. Our aim is to repair & service your vehicle, using only quality replaceable products at affordable & competitive prices. We will also ensure our expert staff will provide you with the correct advice, be it service advice or understanding your driving habits to recommending the correct tyre for your vehicle. Objective Our objective has always been to provide quality parts and service at the most competitive rate possible. We use well known brands such as Ryco filters, Valvoline motor oils, Champion spark plugs and Bendix brake parts to name a few. We ensure our workshop staff are supervised on each and every job giving us the opportunity to tackle some of those annoying little problems that are often overlooked in larger dealerships. Simple service items such as an interior globe or stop light globe not working or a tyre rotation, are just a couple of examples of items that can slip through the system if there is a lack of supervision. Bridgestone Tyre Centre We recommend Bridgestone Tyres to our service customers since we felt they represented the best value for money. Providing excellent road holding, wet weather grip and excellent durability. With the volume of customers taking our advice, we sold so many units, that the Bridgestone Company offered us a Bridgestone Tyre Centre Franchise at our St Albans location at no expense to our customer... Fantastic! That was in 1992 and was the beginning of a long and mutually beneficial partnership with Bridgestone Australia, which led to our 2nd location in Hoppers Crossing being open in 1998. This store has replicated the success and formula of our St Albans store, needing to relocate in 2006 to larger premises to accommodate the increase in demand. Vehicle Servicing / Maintenance From $189.00 Log Book Service - Replace oil filter - Replace engine oil, we use and recommend Valvoline oil - Check and top up fluid levels - Brake inspection - Full safety inspection of vehicle - Full report on vehicle Acknowledgements Along with being RACV Approved Repairers, our stores have been finalists in the Bridgestone Franchise of the year for the past 5 years running, with Hoppers Crossing being the Vic/Tas Franchisee of the year in 2007 & St Albans winning this same award in 2010. This award is based on a broad set of criteria including facilities cleanliness, housekeeping and quality of equipment and services offered.

St Albans Complete Car Care Centre offers a full range of mechanical repairs and servicing as well as being a Bridgestone Tyre Centre franchise.

What is Bridgestone manufacturer warranty?

At Bridgestone we offer our customers peace of mind through various warranty solutions. In the event of damage, all Bridgestone tyres purchased in Australia from an authorised Bridgestone dealer can be assessed under our manufacturer warranty. Assessments are completed by a trained professional from our technical team. Where we are unable to have a technician assess a customer's tyres in store, a customer's tyres will need to be surrendered if they wish to proceed with the claim.

Why should I buy Bridgestone tyres?

Bridgestone is Australia's most trusted tyre brand. We invest $800 million in research and development annually and test 10,000 tyres each day at one of our 10 proving grounds around the globe. It's this commitment to quality and safety that sits at the heart of everything we do. When you buy Bridgestone tyres, you buy peace of mind. With Bridgestone, you're in safe hands.

What is Bridgestone Road Hazard Warranty?

Customers who purchase two or more Bridgestone or Firestone passenger tyres from a Bridgestone Select, Bridgestone Service Centre or a Bridgestone Tyre Centre are eligible for the Bridgestone Road Hazard Warranty. This warranty guarantees that a tyre with an irreparable puncture caused by gutter damage, potholes or damaged roads, breaks or cuts from foreign objects on the road will be replaced free of charge if worn under 10%.

Why is a particular tyre not available from Bridgestone anymore?

If we cease sale on a particular tyre, we recommend you make an enquiry with your local store. One of our team in store will be able to provide a suitable alternative or place an order on your behalf if required. Call 131 229 or search for your nearest Bridgestone store.

What is Bridgestone Run Flat Assurance?

The Bridgestone Run Flat assurance carries the same security as our Road Hazard Warranty but applies only to Bridgestone and Firestone Run Flat Tyres. Tyres accidentally damaged by irreparable punctures, gutter damage, potholes or damaged roads and breaks or cuts from foreign objects on the road will be replaced free of charge where a tyre is worn under 10%. Tyres worn over 10% will receive a pro-rata cost replacement.

What is Bridgestone Wear Life Guarantee?

The Bridgestone Wear Life Guarantee is available to customers who purchase four or more Bridgestone Turanza Serenity Plus tyres and have a wheel alignment in the same transaction. This warranty provides assurance for customers up to 50,000 km. Where a claim is being made with tyres under 50,000 km, a pro-rata credit will be applied. Customers wanting to make a Bridgestone Wear Life Guarantee claim are required to contact their nearest store directly.

What is the Uniform Tyre Quality Grade (UTQG) standard?

The UTQG is a global standard that helps customers compare tyre performance in terms of tread, traction and temperature. Every tyre manufacturer is required to independently test and brand these ratings on tyres released to the market. While the standards are a good indicator, it is important to keep in mind that tyre performance will vary depending on road conditions and use.

How can I find my nearest Bridgestone Store?

The quickest way to find a local store is to call us on 131 229 or to use the nearest store finder.

What do the tread, traction and temperature ratings on my tyre mean?

Tread, traction and temperature ratings are known as the Universal Tire Quality Grading (UTQG) standard. Every tyre manufacturer is required to independently test and brand these ratings on tyres released to the market. It is important to keep in mind that the ratings are determined by each manufacturer and while they are a great tool for comparing similar tyres from the same manufacturer, results when comparing tyres from different manufacturers may be inconsistent.

What if Bridgestone doesn't have my tyre size?

While we may not provide every size variation, we do ensure that demand is met with our range constantly being updated. We may stock a tyre that isn't displayed on our website and we recommend making an enquiry with your local store if you can't find what you're looking for. Call 131 229 or search for your nearest Bridgestone store.
