Waterama

I bought some fittings from them. Asked if I could return if they were not the right ones. They said Yes of course. They were the incorrect ones. Took them back for a refund and they didn’t wanna know about it. I thought dishonest, unlawful and unprofessional. Avoid this mob.

The guy who comes out and checks the pool is great but we look after the pool well so all is always good.

NOT the case when something goes wrong! The sand filter was obviously disfunctioanl so we called the realtor immediately. She gave up on trying to get through to Waterama Stafford (said there was something wrong with their phones) so I offered to try. OMG!!! Talked with 3 different people, took over a week to sort out their ridiculous lack of communication: one guy just gives lectures over the phone, DOES NOT listen (ignorant and unhelpful) the younger fella hasn't a clue at what's going on AT ALL and Debbie was rarely there and obviously hadn't recorded or communicated to anyone what the issue was. The realtor lost it with them after giving them via e-mail and verbally over the phone the go ahead to do the repairs, THEN when I called they said I was booked for a "hand over". OMG AGAIN!!!! It took me calling them every day twice, the realtor called them 3-4 times.

They did their routine check a week ago and said all was perfect. (oh and thanks for leaving it on manual and not telling us) today we notice the pool is green. Arrrggghhhhh!!!!!

They took my money and never called back and every time i called them they hung up. A total of 8 times they hung up in 1 hour. Would not talk to me would not return my money. Also used intimadation techniques with my 5 year old child around to make me pay money. And the followed me to the shop to make sure i made the payment. Horrible service horrible everything. I am disgusted to think a company like this exists. I have all recorded hang ups and phone conversations as proof to help me get my money back. But they would not. So they were forced to come out. And did crap job and left my pool green.

Had a pool fence erected by Glen who did a good job and the fence looks great. All work is now completed after a small repair job that he needed to come back to finish. I am happy with the result. Glen seems very handy, nothing is too hard for him to and he takes pride in what he does.
