My family and I went on this cruise in April 2014 and it was a fantastic experience. We had great weather and were were even able to go out the amazing H***s Gates into the Southern Ocean. The commentary is always interesting and informative. The guides on the tour of Sarah Island (former convict settlement) were entertaining and are the same actors in the play that is put on every night in Strahan (also highly recommended). You can tell the difference when you are being looked after a family business that cares. The boat is very well designed and impeccably clean and comfortable. You can also go to any section of the boat as well as having your own seat for the day. The Franklin river is just a beautiful place to be. Lunch was delicious - lots of fresh smoked salmon and plenty for everyone. The best boat trip I have ever done in Australia.
