20/04/2023 11:20AM Truly the most upsetting customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. I’ll be ordering elsewhere online, Centrecom is no longer an option.
(Unknown) Retail staff scoffed me, spoke over me, interrupted me, refused to give me their name because “it did not matter”, said I was stern and rude because I told him he was interrupting me, then said “clearly I don’t have anything better to do”.
Ray another retail staff was also not empathetic to my situation, did not acknowledge or apologise on behalf of centrecom for his associates behaviour,
Ray immediately proceeded to speak about my initial product issue instead of dealing with the bigger issue at hand.
Untrained, unwise, and unacceptable human behaviour.

I gave my Mac and AirPods they fixed Mac not AirPods atm I’m calling them for an update and they don’t give exact time to pick I understood but tell me perfect time frame to pick . They asked me to pick today on Monday and now I called they haven’t fixed yet
So unprofessional business Zero work ethics
I hope they improve

The warrenty/replacement service need much improvement in dealing with differnet cases.
I wrote this E-mail a few days ago, with a bad experience shopping in CenterCom:
"I am writing this email in regards to the order that I received yesterday. The product surely has some quality issue. I install the HDD hard-drive yesterday and hope to back-up my pictures and videos of the last few years and some of my confidential documents. It works last night, and when I get up today morning, the HDD hard drive won't start. I tried to change to brand new power supply cable and SATAIII cable, and it is not working at all. I did try to install it to another independent computer, and it seems that the hard drive itself died. I have a background with IT, and I am pretty sure that the problem is caused by a deficient product that you provided to me as of order 431258- (Western Digital 14TB WD140PURZ Purple 3.5" SATA3 Surveillance Hard Drive (Normal)). In such a situation, I have to make another purchase today to buy another HDD hard drive to continue my work and backup procedure, I am really unsatisfied about the situation with your company, and the deficient product.
I can show the deficient product to you in person after stage 4, or any date as per appointment that suits you. But I can not give back the HDD hard drive as all my picture is in storage on it, as well as some of my confidential password/blockchain backup. As emphasize, I could surely show in any of your store in person that the HDD drive is not working, and truly deficient. I don't know what you can do to help, or what I can seek for help. I will not threaten my self of losing my confidential information by replacing or repairing it in an unknown location. That is the reason I purchase another HDD drive from your website again!. I would be more than appreciate if you could provide an alternative way to help me in such a situation.
I have previously purchased a lot of computer-related parts from your store under my phone number(04---------) and never been disappointed like this, and I hope we could work out a more acceptable result for both of our side.
I am also more than welcome that some of your staff could contact me via my phone number to talk about the situation."
But got the following reply:
"I apologise for any inconvenience this issue has caused you, we are happy to replace or refund the faulty hard drive but the faulty hard drive MUST be returned; we will not consider providing a replacement or refund without receiving it back first. Linked below is a prepaid postage label which can be used to return your hard drive."
Well, I can see their concern, But, if there would not be an option that allows me to demonstrate the faulty item in person, and keep it, I would not consider to return it. I would say that I would never shop in center.com if I have other options in other stores.
In fact, with the customer service part, PLE offers a much better experience for me. I bought an EK water cooling system from them, and one of the accessories within the kit had some quality problem after 1 years time, they just give me brand new kit without letting me to uninstall the whole water cooling kit from my desktop case, which was impressed.
I can see upon your policy, you are not able to refund/replace the item without having the old ones. But in this case, the risk is too high on my end. My whole blockchain backup is inside, and worth over 100 thousand dollars, as well as my personal videos/pictures. I would not risk myself of returning my product.
No one wants an item like this HDD drive, and after you put your staffs insides it, it will die eventually. I was assuming their packing method was a little bit unacceptable since they put the HDD drive into a 3x larger box, which creates too much vibration, hence damages the drive.
Will never shop here again if other options are available.

Greedy for money, want to make $500 for fixing my phone, which i got fixed for no cost at Apple store Chadstone, very careless attitude, i will never recommend anyone to visit that store

purchased a TP link router and some extra ram for my old lappie earlier today from the Sunshine branch and was pleasantly surprised with the assistance the sales person provided. Having been an on and off again shopper at Sunshine over many years I can definitely say they have improved their service considerably, I always end up there anyway as they are one of the best stocked and priced stores this side of the city.

Was about to buy a laptop on special when I noticed the wifi was listed as 'n' and I needed 'g' so I used their contact page. Unfortunately the delay in their reply meant I missed the special price. Their email stated it would work on a 'g' network and they subsequently updated their product page. Annoyed that I helped them get their specs correct at my expense.
