Facelift for Homes

For 12 years I put off replacing 2 rotting timber windows courtyard side on my extension room as I did not want to deal with the mess of removing them and being left with windows to dispose of. How wrong I was something I put off for so long took 2 hours from start to finish. No mess, no drama and the old windows were taken away by Facelift and I have 2 lovely and functional aluminium windows. I am so glad that I decided to support local business and chose Facelift to do this job. I had a price in mind and the quote was in my price range. Thank you to Rob who did the quote and provided me with a comprehensive company information pack which resulted in me using the company they recommended for my new awnings. Thank you to Daniel who ensured measurements were correct and managed the job. The two men who did the install were so professional and I was amazed that there was no mess involved in removing the old windows. Thank you to the office staff especially Simone who took my initial call and followed up with a courtesy phone call when the job was completed I have no hesitation in recommending Facelift. Great product and professional service. I will be phoning again when my timber windows at the front of my house need replacing.

I would like to thank Peter, Daniel and their various installation guys for a stellar job over the last few months. All the windows and sliding doors in my home were replaced in either full or partial frames with one window widened to a stacker door, a door swapped back into a window and an old air-con hole turned into a window. The works were carried out in three stages over several months with numerous quotations and variations along the way.

I found the team extremely professional. After renovating most of my home thus far I have dealt with many tradies and I have found these guys to be such a breath of fresh air. Quotes are sent when they are promised, meetings and installs are on time and there is a positive, can-do, nothing is too difficult approach to their work. They really do go the extra mile to ensure that the customer is satisfied with the end result. Even the admin ladies have made the various progress payments a breeze.

I have had windows installed by Peter of Facelift in the past and was very happy with the service and job done - however when I moved house and needed some alterations done - this was found not to be what Facelift does and they were very helpful and readily recommended a list of people who they trust to do the job I need done.

It is a year ago that Facelift arrived to remove most of our windows and outside doors. The team was just fab! Daniel, Rick and Gary could not have been more helpful. It was such a pleasure having the blokes around - something not often said about building works! We are certainly looking forward to having the remaining windows done. Rick and Gary did such an amazing job - really, quick, neat and so helpful to last minute changes such as the position of one set of windows. Every job they started was done and dusted (literally) the same day - bifold doors included despite that it took some more doing because of the re-working of the end of the house.

We have so enjoyed living in our 'new' home over the last year. The double glazed windows have offered us heat, noise and glare reduction. Combined with the insulated cladding, our house has maintained a fairly even temperature year round. Our temperature range is now fairly consistently between 17 to 24 degreesC. Even when 39 and above, the house has been at least 10 degrees cooler inside and that's without external blinds! We have such good airflow now as the windows actually work and we don't have to worry about flies or mossies because of the super ace flyscreens on the windows and doors! The difference to how we use the house is huge - it is so much more enjoyable and feels somewhat like being on perpetual holiday!

Thanks for everything that everyone at Facelift windows did to ensure that our job went smoothly. We must also thank Peter Byrne for his amazing job of cladding the house - it is just fab! The house remains cool in summer and warm in winter with a sizeable drop in winter heating bills; and increase comfort in summer - we don't use air conditioning so no change in the fuel bills then. The bottom line is that the whole experience was fantastic and absolutely painless. We, our whole family, can't thank the expert team enough for the fantastic job they did for us last year. Definitely worth every cent!
