DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We recently moved from Sydney to Sunshine Coast and had a disastrous experience with them. They are all nice during the sales process but then the good service stopped. They harassed us to pick up our stuff a day earlier than booked, they delivered a day late, only telling us at 3pm, leaving us scrambling to get somewhere to stay that night with a kid and a dog. We had so much stuff broken and damaged. I complained to the owner Jamie via email as was told that was the process - followed up 4 times by both email and phone and not even an acknowledgement or apology. These people are cowboys and have incompetent and rude staff. I urge you not to use this company so you don't have to go through what we did.

First experience was great.. Second wasn't. I paid for full service but several sets of shelves from the garage were disassembled and then left in pieces rather than being reassembled. The electrical adapters for the reclining leather lounge setting were put in an obscure box so naturally they didn't reassemble that either (very heavy for me to do that on my own), and then the bunk bed was damaged but they hid the broken part under the mattress. Management said they would get back to me but never did. The staff just wanted to finish early so they could do things at their own houses nearby (so yes, I was a convenient excuse to pay for them to be transported to Wellington).

This company are liars. Promise to look after your stuff and say they’re reputable, but damaged items in front of us and no apology or nothing to fix the issue. Do not trust them, they will not help you when they inevitably damage your stuff

Do not trust this company!Initially Luke sold us on trusting this company saying if anything happened to our belongings and they were to blame they would take care of it at their expense. Around $7000 worth of items damaged and the company has not even apologised and refused to replace the items that were irreparable and gave a very small compensation which won’t replace even one of six major items damaged after being incredibly rude about it. Even with photo evidence of them damaging items such as our fridge on outside stairs and watching them throw parts of our sofa up stairs getting them filthy on wet moss, rocks and mud, they still did not care or apologise. Don’t expect this company to look after you, they won’t, and they will become rude and non responsive when an issue arises. Very unprofessional and very poor service.

this is the worst move they damaged our furniture and left us stranded overnight they should have picked up and dropped off the same day a mob of cowboys we went from port macquarie to central coast in may2021

Over 80% of my furniture was dented scratched and my couch was ripped. The delivery people were rude and threw my stuff around like it was rubbish.
