Great mechanic, had my car serviced and the customer service I received was amazing. Aswell as the work that was done, nothing was missed. Highly recommended

Booked in to have my front rotors machined and was told they were shot and would need replacing. Tried to upsell me on a new roto package but I declined and asked if the original machining request could be completed. Arrive at the shop to be told only one disc was machined and that it 'may' drive a little different. Driving home it becomes apparent the car is now undrivable. Call them back and get some half a$$ed, pathetic response. My brakes were better before I went to this mob and now my car is not safe to drive!!!

I had to book my car into a brake specialist (writing this from Brakes plus frankston) the very next day and they showed me the shoddy workmanship done on the one rotor. Robin from brakes plus asked me what kind of machine was used, that's how bad the job is.

I cannot stress how negative my experience was. If i could vote no stars, I would. They obviously do not care about their customers safety unless they can upsell you on their products. Please avoid and save yourself the worry and stress.

Businesses like this should be made accountable for their dodgy workmanship and blatant disregard for the public's safety when all they care about is making a buck. Hopefully this review saves someone else the hassle of dealing with this business.
