Great doctors, friendly reception in a beautiful location

Recently all of my visits here have been absolutely foul.

1. Being charged hundreds of dollars multiple times and not having been explained why.

2. The one time that I actually was told what I was paying hundreds of dollars for, I not once even got told my results. I could be dead right now.

3. I once waited over THREE HOURS genuinely THREE HOURS one day for my appointment, only for my Dr to be so incredibly rude and grumpy when I was not at all despite having to wait THREE HOURS, and I have seen other people have been from being 30 minutes behind schedule. I was given a five minute appointment and basically shoved out of the door giving me a panic attack and making me cry the whole way home.

4. The receptionist staff that I have personally had are always completely vile and irritable as soon as you ask one basic simple question. They don't listen to a single word that you've said and I have to repeat myself saying the same thing MULTIPLE times and as I said in my first issue of problems you have they once again do not explain anything to you and get irate for you not knowing something that was never explained to you like they expect you to be working there with them at the GP but thankfully we don't so that we don't have to deal with your staff as coworkers who just assume that everybody has the same job as them and get kicks out of bullying people for no reason.

Hills Medical is a clean and bright practice with great art on the walls and a lovely gardens. The Doctors are professional and provide great service. Hills also has a pathology service on site which is very convenient.

I don't really like going to the doctors but lately I have had a couple of reasons to go and the team at the Hill has been great. A wonderfully clean office with onsite supporting services and very friendly staff make each visit as pleasant as it can be when you're not feeling great. The one thing that I really like about The Hills Medical is that they nearly always run on time, so rare for doctors these days!
