On the plus side, they were very good at getting me in quickly to do further testing on my very ill cat, which I appreciated. But very disappointing overall. They were happy to take my one and a half grand but once they had that, I had to chase them up for all results. My local vet charges $55 per night hospitalization with an IV fluid bag that needed checking on; VSS hit me for $198.20 for one night hospitalization plus a $215.25 intern overnight carer fee. (The reason they kept him was for possible further tests the next day. He didn't require special care, nor was he on IV fluids.) Cardiac scan done 6 days ago last Tuesday. No communication on the full report delay without me prodding. Now they finally tell me the cardiac unit is closed Monday and Fridays and still can't guarantee if I'll even get the results tomorrow! Almost a week later and I still don't have the essential information I need (and paid for) to make an urgent decision. Slack is an understatement. Receptionist was unmoved, even cold. So I'm afraid I can't give them more than two stars and I truly wish I had gone elsewhere.

VSS cared for my pup when he hurt his leg and needed to visit weekly for a month or so. They gave us upfront estimates every appointment and Dr.Moses called every session to let us know what he'd done and how our boy was healing. Very pleased.
