Visited their GP twice twice! without getting a correct referral for X-ray! I stressed at least 4 times that both of my knees hurt very badly, especially the left one!!!! Left!!! I mentioned that I needed a referral for both knees, however, I got a referral for my right knee. Very helpful! I didn’t realize until I went to see the radiologist and then I had to either cancel my appointment or just scan one side of my knee instead. During the whole time they did not apologize for such inconvenience and expect me to be totally fine with their unprofessional service:)

I’ve always had amazing service at this clinic, as have all members of my family. We have visited the clinic for around two years now and couldn’t be happier with the doctors there. They are extremely caring and friendly, and the wait is usually very short. Dr Gillian Porter especially has always gone the extra mile, and shows great empathy and concern for her patients. If I could rate higher than five stars I would.
