      We are a Tasmanian Owned and Operated business in the heart of Hobart. We pride ourselves on our knowledge and customer service. Grant the owner of the store was previously the mechanic of the founder of the business Eddy Sewing Centre. In 1988 Grant brought the business from Eddy and has successfully continued operating and expanding the business under the Eddy's name until 2006. The shops name was then changed to EasySew for a simplified and straight forward identity. Still to this day many of our customers refer to us as Eddy's. We have a large range of sewing machines and overlockers on display. Not only do we have machines but we sell a variety of patchwork fabric, haberdashery, long arm machines, wadding, accessories and more.

      How do I book my machine in for repair/service?

      All you need to do is drop your machine into the store in trading hours, make sure you have your foot control and cord. Then we will book your machine in. The machine has to physically be at the shop to be booked in.
