Broke my PS5 HDMI port. was able to get it repaired in a timely manner. happy with their service.

Owner is rude and condescending. Service was slow and a screen protector that was paid for was not installed and then it was implied that i had removed it.

After 2 different staff encounters the attitude was exactly the same, arrogant. Will never return to the business again and they deserve to be out of business. Why Samsung have them as their repair agent is bewildering. My next course is to contact Samsung, so they are aware that their business is bad for Samsungs reputation.

Fixed my zflip 3 better then new completely refurbished it under warranty when only went in for microphone issue and screen fault would give more stars if I could thanks guys

The manager is very rude, arrogant and self centred.
No clue on customer relations.
If I could give zero stars I would.
Sub standard generic parts and repairs.
Have taken back multiple devices 2 & 3 times to repair the “repaired work”
Was once a loyal customer but will never return and advise others to avoid this store at all cost.

Today I was referred to Essentially Mobile by my Telco for a warranty repair. The rudeness, arrogance and lack of assistance shown by the male sale assistant was appalling. I left the store without my warranty issue sorted and will never return to the business and certainly would not recommend them.

Why would I want my $1000 phone repaired with it looking like it's been repaired? That's why I keep going back to these guys for Fast and Professional repairs. I don't want a 16 year old kid messing around with a you tube clip and a knock off part being fitted from ebay. Not only have they fixed over 5 phones for me - they have done several Ipads, and other phone's for my friends.
In my mind you judge the quality of any repair, by the fact you cant tell it's been repaired. After all a broken screen leaves you with a terrible feeling, just like pranging your car. So I want it fixed like new- so you cant tell. For me it's these guys every time.

I had a fault with my phone's camera and called essentially mobile to sort out a replacement. They ordered it and told me it would be in in about a week. In about a weeks time, I received a text to say that the part had come in. I traveled out of my way to the Kingston store to drop the phone off, only to be told that the tech was not in that day and that I should have received the text the day before. I agreed to come back early the next day when the tech would be in. Early the next day, before arriving, I received a call saying that the tech was sick and I would have to come back next week. I asked if there was a tech in the Hobart store today as I was heading out of town. There was a tech in Hobart, but they didn't have the parts in stock either. After picking up the part in Kingston myself, I found that the tech was not sick, but was working at the Hobart store for the day, to clear a backlog of work. Dropping the phone off I was told to come back in 2 hours claiming the phone needed heat guns to remove glue etc... Returning to the store, I was told they could not fix it, that it might be a software issue. After refunding my pre-payment, I left the store only to find that my camera cover was now cracked and the camera they had put in did not sit flush. They gave me a free camera cover to fit myself.
Driving for a little while I tried to reconnect my phone to my car's bluetooth to no avail. I nearly launched it out the window! Not only did we leave town about 4 hours later than planned, my phone was now worse off than before!
A short YouTube video later, I had reconnected the 3 cables which had been left disconnected after the "fix" and reinstalled the original camera-flush, and the replacement glass cover! Didn't see any need for a heat gun either. My phone now works again.
A very frustrating day wasted, chasing incompetence. I will try YouTube and ebay before these guys again.

They replaced my phone screen on a water proof phone. They then failed to inform me that the replacement screen would not be water tight. The screen then let in water and they failed to take any responsibility. They claim to focus on attention to detail but they forgot to mention this key piece of information. When confronted with it they said their warranty doesn't cover water damage and as such my $700 phone was now ruined.
