Capital One Bank

A group of us went to Capital for a friends birthday.
The evening started well. Friendly etc. After our main meal a friend was asked by our waitress how her meal was, lets just say they do not handle friendly honest criticism well. My friend, politely stated that her meal was very bland and flavourless (when asked to further explain 'like pasta with plain cream poured over'). For the rest of the evening said friend received the evil eye from said waitress and also another waiter.
When handing out the menu again for dessert choices, said friend was rudely missed out as the menus went to every other person at the table. Due to this no one ordered dessert or any more beverages.
Said friend was not the only member of our group to be disappointed. I have always thought friendly honest feedback was important in running a good business, taking the good with the not so good helps one to provide the best food and service to their ability.
On payment the rudeness continued by supposed part owner who also could not handle the polite but honest criticism.
So you and your attitude sir will not be seeing any of us again in your average over priced restaurant with your disgusting treatment towards your paying patrons.
There seems to be a pattern forming in your feedback as we have all noticed, very similar complaints from people that are obviously not friends of the owners and workers!

A little tip, take the negative along with the positive and you will please more people most of the time!
