The conduct of this business is reportable to Council and Water NSW- these people need to act with integrity, fairness in the supply of water to customers- they are clearly not! Excuses and tries to pass blame to customers when it is the business who has the issue. Customers are there to support their business but aren't treated that way at all! Just stay away from them and don't support this business.

I had Lewis Waterboys attend my property yesterday to deliver a load of water. I was home at the time, but stayed inside to contain my dogs. After their driver had left I went out to the letterbox and found that he had cut branches off our orange tree, which had a couple of oranges and heaps of flowers on it, he'd cut our rosemary bush off at the base (which was around 5 years old and about 1 metre square in size) and he had also cut branches off another large plant in our garden, all without our consent. He left the cuttings in a pile outside our front gate! When I called them to question why (I admit I was furious) they gave me a bunch of excuses. We have a screen enclosed carport at the front of our house that has doors at each end and cat doors so our 2 cats can go out during the day. We were told that the son is allergic to cats and therefore he would not enter the screen enclosure. You need to go through the screen enclosure to access our water tank at the side of our house, so instead, the son took it upon himself to damage our tree's and kill our rosemary so he could access the tank through the garden. The owner/father, I believe, also said unapologetically to my husband 'it was only a few branches' and when asked why they didn't knock on the door or call me, they said they didn't know if anyone was home (my car was in the driveway) and the son didn't want to enter the screen enclosure, where our front door is, because of the cat allergy. Yet when I went out to the letterbox I found the receipt in a folded up envelope shoved in the grill of our front security door, which is in the screen enclosure. He couldn't knock on the door but he could shove a receipt in it! When I spoke to the owner, the first thing he said, to me, was that he would have done the same thing. I asked for my money back to compensate for the damage done and they refused and said if we weren't happy to go somewhere else. I even asked if they would buy me a new rosemary plant, which might cost them $10, and they said no. We've used this company for 3 or 4 years now and we have used other water carting companies for the 17, or so, years prior to that and access to our water tank has never been an issue till now. This company has a blatant disregard for their customers and their customers property. They're a law unto themselves and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I would give zero stars if I could.
