      Not at all what I expected (installed last year)

      Ordered a full house worth of double glazing, and happy to support a local business. But. The quote didn't include installation, yikes. The delivery was delayed by months, darn. The fitting was slow (at that unquoted hourly rate I'd be happier with less gossiping and smoko breaks) and they just left mess everywhere in the rooms. But that's not the worst bit.



      What's really upsetting is that I have $33k worth of 'double glazing' windows that do fit and do close tightly, but are not insulating in the slightest degree, and came with zero warranty.



      The heat goes straight through, even on just a slightly warm day. I have installed double glazing in a previous house and i know what it should be like. This isn't it. If you want your d/g to be effective at insulating, and come with warranties, go elsewhere.

      From bad to terrible, unbelievable nonprofessional liar.

      Gave me quality promises, and promised to fit a hydraulic arm to the front and back doors so they don't fly away, not once but twice. Approached me on the street and promised, there was a 3rd strike I thought, well this guy hit more strikes, prime example. 1) sorry I have been too sick or busy for months was my first excuse. I live next to the new dairy shed on Melrose rd and have seen this very person doing labor not 5 minutes away from my home. Not once but numerous times during these six months and lay off due to illness. The very guy who stared me in the eye and promised, spruced his quality of work, the good old country you can count on my confidence, was doing work around the corner through to even recently I saw him there. The part missing isn't even an extra but part of any real professional's job, but he forgot them on the day, I paid cash and even drove an hour to Warrnambool to pay the balance. Will never use nor recommend this company only problem is they are locals so awkward much. I can walk and have my head high, can you? Don't think so
