      Specialising in Anxiety Spectrum Disorders (including OCD and trauma) and Depression.

      With over 15 years' clinical experience, working with clients of all age groups, I have developed sound knowledge and experience across a range of problem areas including (but not limited to):Anxiety Spectrum Disorders (Including Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Social Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Phobias, OCD) And PTSD Depression And Suicide Intervention Autism Spectrum Disorders (Children And Adults) Relationship Issues Stress Management Grief And Loss Adjustment Disorder Pain Management Workplace Stress And Bullying Speech Pathology treatment services also available I work predominantly within an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) framework, with particular focus paid to assisting clients manage unwanted thoughts and feelings more effectively, and to lead more satisfying, meaningful lives.

      What does it cost?

      Psychological treatment sessions run for approximately one hour at a cost of $130 (no GST) per session. A Medicare rebate of $84.80 is available for clients with a GP referral and GP mental health care plan. Medicare registered and WorkCover accredited (now iCare).
