We recently had Engineered Floorboards installed in our unit and as part of the process we have to provide an Acoustic report to the Strata Manager.
After Googling Acoustic Engineers, we came across Blackett Acoustics. The whole process from booking to completing the test was an extremely easy and pleasant process.
Jimi was available to answer any questions that we had and was very helpful.
We had Tai conduct the test at our unit. He arrived exactly when he said he was going to and was very friendly, professional and efficient.
We would happily recommend Blackett Acoustics to anyone who is looking to install floorboards in the future.

We contacted Jimi and his team to conduct an impact noise isolation test in our apartment and prepare a report. It was done professionally and efficiently and he was extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. It was such a positive experience that for our second apartment, we have contacted Jimi again! I contacted Jimi based off the reviews I found off google which were rated very highly. After contacting many Acoustic engineers, the turnaround time as well as competitive pricing that Jimi offered was unmatched. Jimi was easy to communicate with, and did all the tasks as per scope. I needed the acoustics of my laminate flooring tested in my apartment. Being my first time involved in something like this, from first contact Jimi explained everything and helped me understand what needed to be done. He has also been very helpful following the testing and report. I'd recommend Blacketts Acoustics to anyone who needs an acoustic engineer.
