Nothing straightforward about dealing with this business. Whether it be the agreed times and dates not being met with no contact and certainly no apologies, the rude receptionist or expecting payment before the work is complete. Have to chase them up constantly and then made to feel they are doing you a favour by responding at all.
Do not fall for the ‘$500:00 and we will take your old windows away’ routine. They want them and can make good money on them and will offer to take them assuming you haven’t already paid them to do so (same goes for any timber).
The workmanship was mostly OK but you need to check closely as they will leave gaps, bend what doesn’t fit and blame it on the ‘young fella’ should you point out any defective work. They do not clean up behind themselves and in our case left damaged walls and paintwork as well as nails, screws and rivets on the ground( including in the driveway). While ours was a small job for this business it was a big one for us.
l advise caution for prospective clients.
