Don’t get sucked into their “cheap” Monday/Tuesday pricing! This hairdresser has a high turn around of staff, and it doesn’t matter who you book with, you will have 3 or more girls doing your hair!!

They also just “wing” the price, ask each other and come up with whatever they feel like on the day!!! So double check, because I was well overcharged last time!!

Pricing has doubled in a year!! $85 August last year for a root colour, cut and blow wave!!.. now $125 just for a root colour, no cut, no blow wave!!

I've only had my hair coloured 4 times, and today was the second time I went to this salon. The first time, Jessica coloured just my regrowth (which is a dark brown colour) however today I was left looking like Morticia from the Adam's Family after the less experienced stylist put the same dark root colour all over my brown hair. When you go to the hairdressers you expect that they have the expertise to explain clearly to the inexperienced person what their hair dressing jargon (pull the colour right through) means. And to use their own common sense and expertise and use two different colour tone to make your hair look natural. When I returned to let the owner know that I was dissatisfied, her response was unsatisfactory, wash it a number of times and it will fade a little over time, strip it (however it will damage your hair). After sitting there for 2 hours and paying $100 I hoped for a natural look.

I went to an appointment afterwards and two people I spoke to said they thought I had coloured my hair myself. I certainly wasn't expecting to leave there, looking like I just purchased a box from the supermarket and had coloured it myself.
