Horrible service

Waited over 20 mins to reception to pick up call. Really don't understand why?? They really can not be that busy not to answers calls. When they finally answer rude and seems like they couldn't care less why you are calling. Poor services.

Would give no stars if I could

Rude staff- was left on hold for 40 minutes then receptionist hung up on me. Always told to call back later for appts and then they have none available anyway.

Doctors are terribly trained- turned away with mental health issues, and advised to stop taking medication

All Of Us Will Be Better Off When This Place Has No Customers.

I see no need or reason to recommend Casey Superclinic because it is an acknowledged fact that the world would be better off when there exists no need or reason for places like Casey Superclinic ...

Worst Customer Service experience by one of the Staff

Never been treated the way staff doing customer Sevice.Especially Vicki not at all suitsble and don’t know why the management is running with such staff after having multiple complaints on poor service. Thought we know that every one needs to follow some rules there is a way to convey to patients .I would say the lack of professionalism and service oriented with reception staff.

Highly priced

Today I went to the Casey super clinic pharmacy to buy Amoxicillin 250 mg and Nurofen ( 10-12 years). Price for the generic antibiotics was AUD13 and Nurofen AUD 32 as quoted by Casey super clinic pharmacy..I bought the same medicine from the chemist warehouse today@ AUD 7 for the antibiotics and AUD 21 for Nurofen

Refused to see ill child

My 9 year old nephew was refused to be seen by any doctors at 11pm at night with a severe ear each… “due to provide processes” because upon tele screening, it was advised that he did have a sniffle, no other symptoms, just ear ache and sniffle. Apparently this suffices to refuse to be seen by a doctor these days. Utterly ridiculous! He was sent home and advised to get tested for covid And to come back in 3 days time only after testing negative before a doctor will see or help him. The world has gone mad if this kind of hands off, unsupportive approach to “health care” is allowed and excused. A CHILD should been seen to be examined and a Doctor and clinic should have appropriate screens/Ppe/masks etc in place to allow for unwell patients to be seen. Heaven forbid something happen to him with this lack of care “provided”. As soon as a covid “out” was available it was taken. Disgraceful!

Great staff

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Julie the receptionist, Maria and Lisette the nurses. 3 beautiful souls who were so very attentive and professional but so very caring in they way they looked after me tonight. Makes me truly believe there are angles amongst us. Thank you xxxx

Casey super clinic is a terrific practice. I've been going there for years....Except only sad confronting issue is 'some' of the reception staff can be quite unprofessional and rude. To make an appointment, make an equiry or even confirm you're booking, you can be placed on hold for a lengthy period of time. This can be quite concerning for the ill. Not to mention the reception staff are repersenting the practice and the professional doctors and nurses who work there. The professional doctors and nurses rely on quality customer service from the practices front reception to ensure all patients are treated respectfully, fairly and kindly when visiting the clinic.
It's imperative that the front reception staff better assist and train other reception staff if they are lacking professionalism.
Apart from the odd rude reception staff the clinic is terrific. Doctors are well trained, take considerable care with their patients and the nursing staff are remarkable who are friendly, happy and very professional.
