Taco Bill Mexican Restaurants

The typical tex-mex Taco Bill experience.The room upstairs is definitely preferably to downstairs - it has more atmosphere and views across the bay. Its just ok. The margaritas are the best thing they do. They have a happy hour some nights. Upstairs is popular with teenagers. I consider it expensive for what it is e.g. $20 for a decent main meal for an adult. I feel sorry for the staff who have to be constantly climbing the stairs. A family member passed out once when she worked there.
