University Hill Medical Centre

Been here many time. Lovely staff and each Doctor I have seen has been helpful. Could improve on wait time but it's mainly because it's so popular.

I wouldnt recogmend the university hill medical clinic to anyone after the worst experience of my life. I had taken a new high blood pressure medication for the first time and within seconds had a server allergic reaction which i didnt know at the time. I was at uni hill and went to this clinic as it was the closest. With my heart racing so fast, mouth tingling and face sweating i went in asking for a dr and saying im having a heart attack, the receptionist was just concerned about the medicare card. I later found out she was the owner of the clinc ( how discusting) dr came to get me and had no idea what to do. He did say that bp was exteremly high and i will need to go to hospital because i will have a heart attack, he refused to call ambulance when i asked him to. He did say just get your friend to drive you. I had to yell at him to call ambulance and left me in a treatment room on my own and that owner walks in looking at me, she couldnt even come and say, its going to be ok, she just walked in and out. Dr comes back to say to me ambulance is. Oming but i think you are either going to have a heart attack or you have a blood clot going to your heart. He made me feel worse and i was so unwell. I was taken to hospital just in time of having a heart attack. MY REGRET IS I DIDNT REPORT THE OWNER AND DR AND SHOULD HAVE SUED THEM FOR THERE PATHETIC CARE AS PROFESSIONALS
