Threatening text received to me from the owner

This is the threatening text I received from Browns Jeweller out of the blue

Owner Jeweller is rude. Poor customer service

I left my aunts old rose gold charm bracelet a week ago for some charms to be removed. I ignored the scoffs the jeweller made when I told him the supposed value I was told by my aunt. I should have left then with my bracelet.

I had to phone 1 week later to enquire. The owner jeweller had not attended to it then was quoting incorrect work.

He would not let me speak, kept talking over me. He then said he would do job today, but I had no confidence.

I found him rude with poor customer service.

Do not go here.

Fantastic Service

I came by this business 11 years ago when I was shopping around for my wedding ring. The level of service and assistance is just not found these days at other stores. I've had so many of my jewelry made by them, diamond ear rings, bracelets, rings etc.. each a work of art.

They show all the stones to you first and make sure that its to your liking before they proceed with the job.

The workmanship is just amazing. If your looking for quality then this is the right place to go.

I came to Brown's Jewellers at the recommendation of a family friend who has been a longstanding customer.
The jeweller Craig was very helpful, and spent a lot of time talking through design options with estimation of cost.
I was very pleased with the final product, and will continue to rely on Browns for my watch and jewellery repairs.

Entrusted my treasured family heirloom to this store to downsize and check the setting. Specifically asked if the setting would be checked when leaving it, and was assured this would be done. Unfortunately did not check what was written on the receipt which did not specify checking the setting.... Seems for a reputable business this would be standard practise but apparently not as after 4 months one of the stones has fallen out and owner not interested in taking any responsibility at all. Checked a few local jewellers before choosing this one and was impressed with the family history, however my experience has proven this is not any guarantee to a good outcome. While talking about the problem the assistant suggested that other customers in the store come back a bit later as obviously they did not want them to hear the lack of interest in my problem.....
