      Our Director Yvonne Mason has been in the process serving industry for over 35 years. Initially with the family business of Victorian Investigations and then forming her own company Process All-Over in order to specialise in process serving and total process management. Having a wealth of experience enables Process All-Over to provide clients with ideas and direction on the more difficult files. Our extensive knowledge of all court documents ensures our clients can rely on us and trust us with their documents. Our clients often remark that they do not have to worry about their files when we have them. Knowing any errors will be detected before efforts at service commence brings peace of mind to our many clients. They also know the file will be run as efficiently and as cost effective as possible. Ultimately, this type of care and responsibility saves our client’s time, money and reputations. We manage the service of documents of a personal or private nature along with all documents originating from the Courts across all States and Territories. Our reputation is one of a company that regards every document from every client as important, and our knowledge of any one file, at any given time, as comprehensive. Reports on the more difficult files are prepared personally by the staff members involved in handling the file and all information from the serving agents documented extensively on our database. This enables us to provide a detailed account of how the file was handled in a report that lists all attempts and service details, and if it was not served, provides direction on how the file should be handled in the future.       Hi,

      I went through them to serve my divorce paper to my futuee ex wife and they were really quick and effcient.
      Excellent communication throughout the whole process and really affordable if you dont want to have to chase your spouse everywhere.

      I would reccomend them.
