Its an Outback and I spend most of my time off grid, so it being not operational from day one was a thorough nuisance. I took it back to Ballarat today (from Melbourne as they requested), only to be told they didnt have time to fix it today. They should have sent a team to fix it or repair it, as it didnt work on the show room floor, showing zero quality control!

The get coat came off the front of the van which I found out from the repairer is not uncommon. The van is within the warantee period but Jayco refuses to fix it on the basis I am a second owner yet they asked me to register as to new owner to claim on the warantee for a previous issue which was fixed.

The phone was answered incredibly promptly following my option selection. I even commented "That was quick" as Lydia picked up the call. My query was answered by Lydia expertly in a friendly yet professional manner and my message passed on to Jackie who was busy on another call. Jackie phoned me back as soon as she was free, within 5 minutes or so. My query was dealt with immediately (I could tell by their voice they were smiling) and I experienced great customer service all round. Congratulations and many thanks.
