      How soon after the session can we view our photos?

      One to two weeks after your portrait session you will be invited for a slideshow viewing on the big screen. In this time you'll get to choose your package. It then takes approximately four-five weeks from the end of your viewing for your amazing images to be ready for collection.


      What happens if I need to change my appointment time?

      Please let us know as soon as possible, so we can give your slot to someone else. We will give you a courtesy reminder by phone or by email 24-48 hours before your appointment. Cancellation of your appointment four hours or less prior to your photographic session may incur a $60 cancellation fee.
