They lied about replacing oil filter i paid $800 for an oil change and filter , never again

Brought a new car.sales person Sunny was great,he no longer works there.picked up new car had large scratch on door trim.was dirty the repair was terrible.ceramic coating I paid for was not even applied.manager is rude and abusive.car city makes these cow boys look bad.

Knox ford are normally pretty good, the work is always reliable but they are often very busy and don't set expectations on timing that well. They have a nice online booking tool and the staff are very friendly and do a good job of helping you get drop off and pick up done with minimum fuss, I often use the courtesy shuttle. They use genuine parts, obviously, so they are on the more expensive side but I find the parts last longer than those from re-sellers. If you have a Ford you can rely on the team at Knox Ford.
