Vicquote Roadworthy Testing & Repairs

I called to get a quote. They answered with grunt. I greeted them and asked how they were doing today? They replied irritatedly 'Busy', nothing else. I cant imagine anyone having a good/comfortable experience here.

i cannot speak highly enough of this place. i had scooter roadworthy done no problems , lovely people. efficient and not expensive

Unfortunatrly normally only negative reviews are added, people with bositive experience do not bother. For some equilibrium my experience was very positive (may be becase my car was properly serviced, did not have worn tyres etc.). Service was prompt, profesional, conversations curtious and I receved 10% discount on originally quoted price

Genuinely one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Called up just to get a quote to know what I'd be in for in getting my bike a roadworthy and was told it would cost $170 just to take a look. Was very rude and aggressive on the phone and actually told me to "get f**ked" for asking if it would be possible to have him run his eyes over it so I knew what I'd be in for. Avoid this business.
