The Glen

I have always found the Glen to be a bit of a mish mash of a shopping centre. There are more levels of parking than you can poke a stick at, but the centre it self is not that big.

There are a few hidden gems. The woolworths is very good, the Michael hill provides very good service and they do have a david jones.

The centre food court is very well laid out with lots of tables and I have never struggled to find a seat.

The village walk over the other side give this draws attention away from this centre. If it ran the entire length from village to the glen then this would be a centre to talk about and could rival chadstone.

The Glen Shopping Centre (and the surrounding food and entertainment district) has become a truly popular location. My friends and I often find ourselves there during some evenings for a movie, maybe some dinner, of even just some late night supper. There's always lots of people around which ensures the vibe is pretty good.

Food-wise, asian places tend to dominate (of which there are several good options), but there of course other alternatives too.

Shopping-wise, the main centre is reasonably large and has most of the shops you'd need for most needs.
