Doesn’t stick to times, waiting around for the shop to open. Very frustrating, needing to collect dry cleaning and it is a ghost town.

Extremely poor operations. Lost items and dismissed accountability.

Great service! My great great grandmothers hand stitch table cloth has come back looking new!

Extremely poor service - two items ruined as follows:

(Item 1) X1 Marcs silk shirt damaged causing colour to fade/run. Staff told me that the silk top must of had something spilt on it and to take it back to retailer. I assured staff that there was nothing spilt on the top as I had only wore it once. Staff advised maybe it had something on it when it was bought. I took the top back to retailer who advised the top looks like it has been over steamed, which was my initial thoughts. Item is now unwearable, thanks to Ruggles who were extremely rude and agressive about the whole situation.

(Item 2) X1 Armani pants hem alteration has resulted in hem bulging out of shape (pant legs are no longer a staight leg boot cut) + dry cleaning has shrunk/bubbled material. Voiced aformentioned concerns and asked for refund so I could have hem fixed elsewhere. Staff extremely unprofessional, declining refund whilst raising their voice at me saying I was after money. I was only seeking a refund to fix the damage they caused as i didn't trust them to try and fix it.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed how Ruggles Heidelberg failed to preserve the condition of my clothing. Resulting in two items being permenately damaged and unwearable. Very poor service delivery! I caution the use of this dry cleaners.
