This all started with a cold sore. Long story short i read reviews online saying that melissa oil (lemon balm) is amazing fro cold sores so i jumped at ordering it. I ordered from N-essentials, quick delivery. Was excited to use it but it made my cold sore worse- not just worse but spread the infection over my top lip. I was rather upset and felt dissappointed with their product. I emailed them to share this (did not ask for a refund) and they replied with letting me know just how to treat cold sores properly (eye roll) i didnt want anyone else suffering from cold sores to make the same mistake as myself so i wrote a review on the page, purely saying not to use the product if you have a cold sore. The review was deleted. Which makes me wonder if this has happened before. In saying all of this, im sure it a great product for other uses BUT NOT FOR COLD SORES!
