Fantastic service, from start to finish, Customer service staff, Logistic advisers and Truck drivers were all very helpful and friendly, with their expertise along with keeping us constantly updated when we moved from Victoria to Cairns the move was certainly less stressful. highly recommend.

Great service at better price...they gave free stuff too to pack..service team was really good..i had one of my family friend moved to Brisbane using these guys , they didn't disappoint me... out of all quotes i took , You Pack seems to be the value for money compared to the other mobs who quoted....

My pick up didn't call prior to arriving and this costed me $500. I had even rung in advance to ask to be called and no one rang me. They also did not tell me I needed a lock for the container. Luckily the driver told me and bought me one and posted the keys to me. I then got a call at 7am to pick up my container. Not acceptable to be ringing so early and woke up all my kids when you picked it up. I would have given one star if not for the driver who bought my lock.

Would like to thank the staff from You Pack for all their help with our move from NSW to WA. They always replied promptly to emails that I had sent and great service all round.

Making the decision to re-locate from Sydney to far north Queensland was by far one of the biggest decisions we have ever made. So when it came to finding a company that we could use to transport all our precious belongings we cautious. However as soon as I made the on-line enquiry to You Pack Removals I was at ease. I received a call from Naomi who was super friendly, polite and extremely helpful - I didn't need to look anywhere else. The container was delivered on-time and professionally along with ties and blankets to use to secure our belongings - it was also clean inside. We then had the time to pack it ourselves without any rush. It happened that we required a second container at short notice and this was no problem at all - first one was collected and the following day the other was delivered. The guys that delivered and collected the containers were also great - professional and friendly. From start to finish and almost on a daily basis with prompt replies, both Naomi and Mel kept me informed of anything and everything I needed to know such as estimated arrival times of our containers to our new home. We also had our car transported with You Pack Removals - another easy and stress free process.

As my young family and I were planning a move from Adelaide to Deception Bay in north Brisbane we were stuck on how to move all our gear up there. We did a google search and came across you pack removals. I gave them a call and straight away the girl I spoke to was very friendly and took the time to explain everything that would be included in the cost of our move unlike other companies that just seemed uninterested. I mentioned another quote we had gotten and you pack removals were more than happy to view that quote and do the best they could on the price for us.
The girls at You Pack Removals were great to work with as they gave great customer service and were very communicative with every stage of pick up, shipping and delivery of our goods as were the drivers that delivered the container and dropped it off to our new address.
