I purchased my engagement ring from Diamondline and the whole process was extremely enjoyable and smooth. After doing a huge amount of research into diamonds and having a unique design idea in mind (triple stone, centre round 0.7carat flanked by two pear-shaped stones), I approached them due to the value-for-money that they provided. Not only did they educate me further about some of the practicalities of diamonds (e.g. to an untrained eye, there is not going to be a significant difference between one level of clarity compared to the other once you approach VS1 / VVS2), but they also provided the digital models of what the final ring would look like prior to making. The diamonds they source from are reputable, GIA certified and with the cost of the diamonds themselves relative to the final cost, I was ecstatic about the value that was provided (after comparing numerous Melbourne jewelers). Furthermore, the service is amazing with my now-wife having walked into the store with a hassle-free polish since they could recognise the piece they produced (and also a life-time provision of polishing service as well). She has also received numerous compliments about the ring itself which has not stopped.
I would not hesitate to recommend this jeweler to others given my experience.

My husband and I decided heat is was time that I had an eternity ring made just for me. We shopped at a significant number of jewellery stores throughout Melbourne & Sydney. A friend then recommended Diamondline to us and we have found them to be exceptional for both service, value and follow up care of my eternity ring. Christian had stones for me to view, designs were sketched and carefully discussed. I have had my ring now for 4 years and have it checked & cleaned at least every 6 months without a problem. We are so happy with the service, price, craftsmanship & care that both Christian & David provide I am about to have a pendant made for Christmas. I wouldn't consider shopping or dealing with another artisan to create my pieces again.

I purchased my wife's engagement and wedding rings through Diamonline. Christian and David were fantastic throughout the whole process, the quality of finish was fantastic, service excellent and price was great. After sales service is also fantastic as Diamondline have provided us with free cleans whenever we come in.
