What are your payment terms and are they negotiable?
30 day trade business accounts are available to approved customers. We also accept most credit cards, EFT, cheques and bank deposits for non-account customers. Credit card transactions do incur a 2% fee.
What is a potable water approved gasket?
A potable water approved gasket / material is one that has been Australian tested and certified to AS/NZ 4020 standards to comply with the regulations which allow materials in contact with drinking water. Our Donit Tesnit BA-U compressed fibre and portable EPDM has both been certified to this standard.
How quickly can I get a gasket delivered interstate?
At Industrial Gaskets, in most cases, we can have our products out in an overnight airbag the same day that you have ordered them. The delivery charge can be the same in some cases as a local courier in your own state. Contact our sales team on 1300 769 808 and they can advise you further.
What is the dimension of a standard gasket?
Firstly, you need to determine the flange rating (e.g. ANSI150, Table E etc.) Secondly, you need to determine the size of the flange (e.g. 100mm or 50mm). Thirdly, either contact one of our sales staff or go to the technical information section of our website and download the "flange comparison table". This will give you all the dimensions based on the information above.
Can I re-use a gasket?
No, you should never re-use a gasket. Contact one of our sales team for further information.

We work from Monday to Friday between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Do you have gaskets in stock?
Yes, we stock a large variety of standard pipe sizes and materials. Flange sizes are ANSI150 to ANSI900, AS4087 PN16, and DIN16. Materials stocked include EPDM, natural insertion rubber (1ply and 2ply), CNAF (compressed fibre), metallic gaskets (spiral wounds "SWG's" and ring type joint gaskets "RTJ's").
