Booked a taxi in advance. They got our address completely wrong, even though I told her it TWICE.



We NEEDED the taxi to be on time. We gave ourselves a 20 minute window for the taxi to be late. Called them twice and the second time they just told us 'yeah you're not going to make your train.'

We booked the wheelchair taxi for my father for a doctors appointment. Never arrived, never contacted. When we rang was just told it was "canceled" no other explaination and said they would send a sedan instead. My father is dependent on the wheelchair and has dementia. ?? Im sure you wouldnt lift a 100kg man, but expect my 70 year old mother too?

I was attending a function in Melton so decided to stay locally. Downloaded the app for Melton Taxis and booked online about 5pm for a 6.50 pickup. Cab did not arrive. Our motel owner called them twice and was told both times it was a priority booking. At 7.30 we gave up and decided to drive. The cab did not turn up at all. Very disappointed with no service. One star only because I am unable to select none.
