Hollie Drive Medical Centre

I have been a longterm patient of hollie drv over 10 yrs,
I have never had a problem with doctors but the staff there are terrible,
I missed 1 appointment due to work, i warned them i would not make it
But was billed anyway, i tried to make a new appointment but was refused until i paid my bill that had not even been sent out yet.
I offered to pay on the day but they still refused my appointment, so much for for my meds etc. i am being treated for chronic depression and now cant even see a doctor, shame on you guys

I only recently discovered the Hollie Drive Medical centre because I wanted Dr. Praj Tuladar to be my new physician. I found the centre to be a breath of fresh air. The women behind the counter are lovely and courteous and so much better than my previous experiences. I knew Dr Praj would be excellent and motivating but it's come as a nice surprise that the support staff is nice too --- and the pathology tests are efficient and much better than previous places. Maybe they saw the bad reviews and lifted their game. I find them a joy and Dr. Praj has me on an exciting path to be diabetes-free. I highly recommend him and this clinic. (But then again, if you go to him, he may not have time for me!)

Extremely horrible staff, rude and arrogant and made me feel stupid for asking questions that I felt were important, would not recommend to anybody

Very very unpleasant staff, not at all recommended
