Our normal business hours are 10am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. The Mount Evelyn shop is manned on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with Tuesday and Thursday being dedicated to on-site visits across Victoria. If you have a current support agreement with AxTi, your request is automatically escalated for prompt attention.
