The worst vodafone shop around! One of the salesperson got me to add a set of wireless earphone to my account, making me think it was a gift I only realized this when I checked my bill. He was great at tricking me into getting a new phone, that I returned later, and a set of earphone. Even after he was told by the head office in India to take back the phone, he refused, telling me that they are just a franchise and they don't do it. Anyway, using trickery to get people to believe they are getting a good deal or a promotion, is dishonest and should not be allowed to happen. I put a formal complaint to the head office...can't wait to see some serious actions taken!

Got a new phone last week after dealing with Vodafone over the phone. Told the call centre rep I wasn't confident about transferring my data from my old phone. He suggested I drop in to my local store for help. Rudest salesperson I've ever come across who wanted to charge me $30 to do this.
