I just wanted to say a huge thank you to you Sally. I came to you when I was at a quite low part of my life and big changes coming my way. It was the first time in my life where I felt my life was crumbling. Reaching out to professional support was scary but the amount of support and care you provided was so wonderful. I felt empowered to make decisions and put myself first. Thank you so much for the gentle warmth you provided me. I probably would have still be crumbling without you.

I wanted to take the time to write a personal review to the person who has turned not only my life around but has help save our entire family. Like so many other families we were struggling with our 20 year old son having an ice addiction not knowing what to do or who to turn to.I started to explore services in the southeast and come across Tranquillity Counselling services in Narre Warren... to be fair I made a handful of calls but when I was on the phone to Sally it felt sincere... Sally wasn't providing her service from a script she sincerely cared, offered me priceless support,advice and was even open to trying a few approach ideas that I had to support our son....
and arthis is where it's landed... our 21 year old son engaged with Sally and was happy to attend his appointments. Sally continued to work with our son and family to transition him into a rehabilitation program in Bali... our son is currently 8 days into his stay and is doing remarkably well..... and has gained 4kg.
Sally I know it's early days but I just want you to know that no amount of words, gifts money or flowers can ever repay you for the love and support you have given our family. Nothing was ever too much and no time was ever too inconvenient.

I just wanted you to know the outcome of Peter. Peter went to rehab in Bali in October. He completed 60 days.

He came back mid January for 2 weeks to resign from his job. While he was over in Bali he met the owner of a large chain of hairdressing salons, he went for an interview and trial and they loved him. He has been clean from Ice and does not drink. He has gained a job and will be an educator and hairdresser in Bali and will travel to other salons.

He attends daily meetings and yoga and has gained 12 kg since he has been in Bali. He is happy, open to talk and does not have contact with any of his previous friends. He has started a clean slate with his life. I would like to thank you for the short period he was seeing you and your guidance. This is a success story as you wished.

6 months ago i was at the lowest i had ever been in my life, after 3yrs being a ice addict it was taking its toll on me, my family and my career.
It was a sunday night and i was desperately calling number after number for over an hour trying to find a counsellor, not only did sally answer the phone she listened to my rambling and was able to calm me down. I made a appointment for the next day, since then sally has guided me through the lowest time in my life and helped me start my journey to being the person i want to be. To be the dad my kids need me to be. And the husband my wife deserves. I have been clean from ice for 5 months and with the support and care that sally has given me my family can see the real me again.

In 2012, after a few tough years in my personal life I started to see a few psychologists in the area. I was appalled by their lack of care and respect for my situation. I nearly gave up on life. I heard that counselling gave a more helpful and personal approach and instantly started searching for local counselling. I emailed 3 counselling businesses in the area and was immediately contacted by 'tranquillity counselling'. I received a phone call from Sally at Tranquillity Counselling and was instantly drawn to her caring phone manner and understanding. I booked an appointment straight away. I was so excited to get help, I needed it. When I arrived I was warmly greeted and welcomed. I was so impressed with the environment in which she had set up. Leather couches, candles, books and motivational quotations. Sally looked at me like 'you are safe here, let me help you'. I knew within a few minutes that this was the place that I would start to grow and get my life back on track.
It's been 2 years now since that moment and I still see Sally on a regular basis. When I look back at where my life was back then I don't believe she only got my life back on track, she literally saved my life. That's who Sally is to me, she is the person who guided me, helped me, made me feel safe and cared for... and ... Saved my life.
If you want to see someone who is experienced and will listen and understand you, Sally is that person. If you want to help yourself but need guidance and motivation, Sally is that person.
Sally has helped me understand the different people in my life. She has made me feel grateful for what I have. She has made me see the importance of having goals and having a life worth living.
I am proud of myself for the progress I have made. I am proud that I sought help instead of being to arrogant to seek it. I recommend Sally highly and I hope this review will help others seek a better life through 'Tranquillity Counselling'
