Allied Express

Got a message that delivery was made and that someone signed for it... even though I have been home did not receive order. Rang the next day to check where the delivery was, since I got another email that delivery was now being made today.... to encounter the rudest phone call I’ve even experienced. Would never use allied express. Would rather drive 10 hours to pick up items.

These guys are terrible!!! They were supposed to deliver my foxtel box between 2pm and 7pm today. I tracked them on their tracker and they were within the area all day. I cancelled a family dinner because they were in the area at 7pm. The driver then drove back to port melbourne. I called their number and had to leave a message on their after hours number in Sydney. The girl rang back and she was as rude as anything. If the box is not here first thing in the morning there will be trouble!!!
