Body Freedom is my favourite spa in the Melbourne area. When you walk upstairs you immediately feel a sense of calm. My favourite treat is the 'Body Melt'. It is around $200 which is not cheap but it is a totally relaxing restorative experience. You'll glide out of the spa feeling like you've just returned from holiday.
